Comprehensive Building Inspections

Besides being a Certified EIFS Inspector and graduate of the Exterior Design Institute (EDI), I am a New York State Licensed Home Inspector and a New York State Department of Enviromental Conservation Certified Pesticide Technician. This certification allows me to endorse Termite/WDI/WDO reports.

My passion is inspecting and what separates me from most other inspectors is my experience in the construction industry. Through the years... many years... I have built many projects throughout New York City and surrounding areas. If you live in New York, I would be suprised if you have not walked or driven by some of my work.

Besides inspecting I am still very active constructing projects, as a hands on participant, as a supervisor and as a trouble shooter at sites with problems that need to be diagnosed or on projects that others have built and are not doing what they were designed to do.

In the recent past, I have built or rebuilt a number of homes, hi rise condos, medical sites such as operating rooms, maternity suites, water systems, etc., etc., etc.
