Having the installation inspected phase by phase will allow for corrections to be made along the way, and for the final delivered product to be one that you will enjoy both cosmetically and structurally.

Future Ability to refinance or sell your home/building - Another factor to consider is that there are lending institutions that before agreeing to a refinance, will send an EIFS inspector to the structure to perform a thorough check of the installation of the EIFS System. If the inspection does not pass, the lending institution will decline the loan.
